Boutique Hotel



New South Row, Dublin



The building in question here is an old tannery currently used as studios in the heart of Dublin. To keep with the buildings history I designed a boutique hotel with an industrial concept, keeping the original exterior walls and ruins. I got a lot of inspiration and research from a visit to the "G Hotel" in Galway.
